Throughout his career, Mamoun has focused on helping restaurant teams improve execution, strengthen accountability, develop leaders, and create systems that support sustainable growth. His experience spans operations, training, labor management, guest experience, and technology implementation across multiple restaurant locations.

In addition to operational leadership, Mamoun has worked extensively with restaurant technology platforms including Restaurant365, Crunchtime, Olo, and Micros 3700, helping teams improve visibility, reporting, workflows, and operational consistency.

MC Hospitality Group was founded to help restaurant operators, investors, and growing hospitality companies build stronger businesses through operational excellence.
